Meet Cortasia Claybrook

Cortasia Claybrook is a senior at RIpley High School in Ripley, TN. Her JAGTN teacher, Cynthia Lacy-Janes, said, “Cortasia is always very respectful and engaged in the classroom. While we were participating in the Career Speed Networking program at UTM, Mr. George Thomas needed someone to introduce the speaker. He asked me to get a student to do it. I asked Cortasia and she accepted the challenge of standing before a large group of her peers to introduce the speaker. I was very proud of how she represented JAG and Ripley High School.”

Cortasia is involved with NCA and she serves as Vice President. After high school, she plans to join the Army and while enlisted, pursue a nursing career. We are proud to spotlight Cortasia!
